5. Toshiba 8” Windows 8 Tablet
I know what you are thinking… A windows 8 tablet? I like my iPad. Well so do I. I love my iPad. I sit and read the morning news on it, play games and check facebook while I’m on the crapper on it… I do a lot with my iPad. However, I don’t usually throw it in my bag when I go out. It is a small (8 inch) tablet that runs the full version of Windows 8. Why Windows 8? Because some times I need the power of a full OS. Why Windows? Because sometimes I need a full OS yet don’t feel like pulling out a laptop in Starbucks. Because this sucker is inexpensive, and not a total drag if it gets broken, stolen or damaged. I don’t keep sensitive info on it, and it isn’t my main goto device. It is just a nice convenient way for me to do some real work while I am out and about.
