Automated color changing lighting
LED lighting is the best thing to happen to illumination since electricity. The combination of low power consumption, and low heat output make these a must have. Where I live, I use my air conditioner all year. After switching all my light bulbs from 100 watt incandescents to 10 watt LEDs, my power bill dropped by 50%. With connected RGB lights, you can now control the intensity and color of your homes lights from your smart phone or tablet. Imagine being able to dim the lights and add a red hue without getting out of bed (or off the couch). The possibilities are endless.
