Window and Door Sensors
Many companies now have connected window and door monitors. Although mainly used for security purposes allowing you to be emailed immediately if a window or door is opened. Conditional logic allows you to set these monitors to activate other smart systems in your home as well. You can connect them to a camera that will start recording, or email you a picture when a door is open so you always know who is at your house. Or, for non security purposes, you could have the connected thermostat change temperature settings if you open the windows., or leave the house. You can also have lights and music, or the television come on when you arrive at your house.
